Summary

The yet-to-be-named app is an exploration in Blazor application development, with a tilt towards installation on an iOS / Android device as a Progressive Web App

• Run without network connectivity
• Optionally validate player names against Rankenstein
• Optionally post match results to Rankenstein (Not City League results)
• Provide match history (timing etc)
• Email / SMS results to tournament coordinators
